1 day left…until we are off for spring break! I am so ready for it! The last three months of hybrid teaching have been challenging. Making sure the students are keeping up with their at-home learning in order to be prepared for their in-person learning the following day has been exhausting. When we return after spring break students will be back full time. Do I remember how to teach a full class of students? I feel a little overwhelmed thinking about managing a whole class of students again!
1 day left…until I am able to recharge my brain and energy in order to take on the last 7 weeks of school. Some of the students returning have not physically been in the school since last March. I am determined to make the last 7 weeks special and fulfilling.

I, too, have been worrying about classroom management…when’s the last time I had to worry about so many kids in one class. All I know is it is in the distant future! We got this!

You’re not alone. I’ve been having the same thoughts today. I used to consider a class of 20 a blessing. Now I’m trying to remember what having more than 8 in my classroom is like!

We’ve all been through so many transitions this year. It may look different than what you are used to but you will find ways to manage your class. Enjoy your spring break.

No spring break here! We get Good Friday and the Monday after Easter as our “break”.
This time will be spent helping our oldest daughter move, so not rest for the weary!
However, I hope you have a great break and come back ready for that final push to the end of the year! 🙂
